Michelle Sciama LLB (Hons)

Michelle is a High-Performance Leadership Coach and Business Strategy Consultant specialising in working with Business Leaders and Entrepreneurs, taking their businesses to the next level.

She originally qualified as a Barrister before working as a Corporate Lawyer in the City at global law firm Hogan Lovells and then as a Divorce Lawyer at Gordan Dadds in Mayfair, recognised at the time as 'Legal 500' No1 in the country for high net worth divorce', where she acted for a number of high-profile clients in the worlds of business, the arts and media.

She is a qualified Civil, Commercial and Family Mediator, an NLP Trainer's Trainer, a Henley Business School Accredited Business Coach, a Brian Mayne Goal-Mapping Practitioner and is qualified to deliver and feedback on a number of Psychometrics, the most cutting edge of which is NeuroColor - the only Psychometric based on Neuroscience and Neuro-Biology and validated by FMRI studies.

She has a special interest in Cognitive Neuroscience and Behavioural Economics which informs her practice.
